I learned about wether is that if that your outside and thers a tornado and theres no houses or cars then you can go under a ditch. If you see a flash and thers no cars or houses and if theres one car you can get into that car and that will ceep you safe.If theres water and you go outside and it comes up to your ankle you have to get out.
